What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
6-8 meals, protein & veggies. My protein sources are beef, chicken, & fish. My veggies are mixed veggies, green beans, sweet peas, and broccoli. I also throw in sweet potatoes, beans (different kinds)& peanuts (honey roasted). My total calories a day is anywhere from 3000-6000 on training days. How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
6-12 6 on the heaviest weights and at the end I use 12 reps to flush the acid out of my muscles.
