Contest History
Organization: NPC
Contest: Elite Muscle Classic Junior Men
Date: Nov 07, 2009
Location: North Carolina, United States
Level: Amateur
Type: Men's Bodybuilding
Bodyweight: 171 lb (77.7 kg)
Place: 2
Comments: I have the mass needed to be competitive but now it's conditioning I need. This was my first contest outside of California since my first show in 1992. It was very chaotic backstage at the start with check-ins so we got started late. My class was rushed to pump, oil and stand by but then did not go on for another 20 mins. Did meet some great people and had some fun too. Overall grade: C.
Organization: NPC
Contest: Los Angeles Bodybuilding Championships
Date: Jul 19, 2008

Bodyweight: 169 lb (76.8 kg)
Place: 5
Comments: This was a great show from start to finish. There were so many great bodybuilders their and so many great personalities. In preparing for this show I really had a hard time with losing muscle while trying to lose body fat. After such a long layoff it was difficult to get my diet down. I would cut carbs and flatten out then carb up and spill. The most important thing is that I got close to where I wanted to be and next time I know I'll hit the mark.

Comments: After taking 5 years off I was ready to get back into the sport. This was a great show from the areana to the lighting this was a first class production. It was the way a bodybuilding show should be ran.
