How I Started:
I got started when I joined the Marine Corps Powerlifting Team in Guantanamo Bay Cuba back in 1989.
Why I Love It:
It's a great feeling to feel good and be able to maintain a high level of fitness even though I'm past 40.
How I Stay Motivated:
My son keeps me going non-stop he is a great source of motivation in that I'm his role model. My job as a US Marine also makes my level of fitness high on the priority list.

I am currently preparing for the Elite Muscle Classic in Greensboro NC on Nov 7, 2009.
Goal (Long):
I am currently preparing for the Elite Muscle Classic in Greensboro, NC on November 7, 2009. If all works as planned I'll hit the stage around 175 lbs about 6 pounds heavier than my last show.
Weight Goal:

ty sweety, i got my measurments mind u i have another newwwwwwww trainer and its like i dont its accurate u feel me...i dont know but im going to have my mom doing it for me and see, im going to write it down today from the gym and let u know ..my son he pulled a tendon and has a knee immobilizer so he is ok so far, ty for asking pa..well heading to the gym abs and legs yesssssss xoxo
hey peanut, trainer had to reshedule due to a meeting so today i go for all of my measurements...grrrrrr, im hoping some changes, i killed myself this month, i know my weight hasnt changed it hasnt in yrrrrrsssssss...then i have to take my son to the ER cuz he played soccor at an away game and he twisted his knee so this a.m. he called me and tells me he is still in pain, i know he tore a meniscus...ill keep u updated when i get back ok..u have a sweet day pa..
