How I Started:
my mother and father worked out all their lives,and still do today.so i was motivated by the physiques thet each have.that's is what got me started.being cut is the way to go for me always.
Why I Love It:
it shows what your true potential is and how far you will go to be your best.it's a good feeling to have that pump and to get compliments all the time on your physique you worked so hard to get and maintain or make more gains.
How I Stay Motivated:
seeing other people in shape is what keeps me going.most of all i need my music.if i don't have my music i won't train as well.i zone out and get busy with the training.i'm in another world when that happens so don't bother me.
everyday i see hott women here and there.i know it's summer and all.but even when i say i'm going to take a day off from training,just seeing a hott chick with a awesome body.haha forget that day off from training.there are no days off when hott women are out and about.when i see a nice woman...

Thats really not a bad way of looking at it. Train like crazy and eat to support it. Sounds like this G-Flux concept Berardi is always talking about. Keep up the excellent work.
It is coming along pretty good. Down 10 lbs over last 4 weeks, and 4 weeks to go till my big 40 b-day. Trying to get to 8-10% BF, then continue clean bulk rest of year, while keeping abs, or getting them to be even more ripped. Hope all is well on your end.
