I didn't like the way I looked when I was 220lbs. I decided it was time to get off my (wide) butt and do something about it.
Why I Love It:
HA! I don't always "like" to work out. Its hard work and takes a lot of patience and motivation to keep going. But, I love lifting weights and pushing myself and always working towards a nice toned body.
How I Stay Motivated:
Patience and Practice. There are times when I don't feel like going (after a long days work) but I go anyway, and I am always glad I did. Besides, I have a guilt trip if I skip out on the gym. I also keep my "Fat" picture on my phone and thats motivation enough!
BB Accomplishments:
I was able to get into a bikiny this spring! I am still working towards my goal but it was a major milestone.

You look great. Your training is obviously working. From where you were to where you are now shows tremendous drive, determination and strength of spirit. I congratulate you on all your hard work. hey hey. its coming along great. its getting hard now becuz i got my bodyfat to where i want it,,, now i wanna gain about 10lbs in muscle and ive been sitting at the same weight for the past two weeks :( and im lifting heavy and all i guess i need to eat and add more fats to my diet..
Long time no hear stanger. Yes...I can see my toes. They are not cute! LOl!!! I have been doing pretty good. I am trying to take it to the next level of training! By the way, you look awesome...Keep up the good work!!!
Everything is going well. My stomach is getting flatter. I might be able to see my feet by the end of the summer! (LOL) I took some progress photos a week ago. I think I have shedded more fat since I took those. I am hitting it hard. Thanks for checking on my progress, that keeps me motivated!
