I didn't like the way I looked when I was 220lbs. I decided it was time to get off my (wide) butt and do something about it.
Why I Love It:
HA! I don't always like to work out. Its hard work and takes a lot of patience and motivation to keep going. Always take pics so you can look back on your progress.

Everything is going well. My stomach is getting flatter. I might be able to see my feet by the end of the summer! (LOL) I took some progress photos a week ago. I think I have shedded more fat since I took those. I am hitting it hard. Thanks for checking on my progress, that keeps me motivated!
I am doing the P90X program and it kicks butt! I add some extra cardio to it cause I want to burn more fat. Hopefully I can stay on top of my diet. I eat healthy for the most part. My problem is CHOCOLATE!
