What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
Track all the food I eat (this is essential). Try to get as much protein as possible, 200+ grams per day. Otherwise I just keep my fat down if possible and try to get a surplus of at least 200 cals per day.Track all the food I eat (this is essential). Do you track your workouts (exercises, weight, reps, etc.)?
Yes
If so, how do you do it? Workout log, software program, etc.? Why do you do it this way?
Workout sheets I make up that have my workout spelled out along with spaces to write in the # of reps I'm able to achieve at the weight I do.
Then I enter it into excel so I can track my progress over time. Gives me motivation to see how much progress I'm making all the time.Workout sheets I make up that have my workout spelled out along with spaces to write in the # of reps I'm able to achieve at the weight I do.

What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
Take a pre-workout supplement. I generally am quite psyched to workout most days but the pre-workouts make sure I am always fully energized.
