Things here are good. I've been maintaining for the last month getting past holidays & special occasions. This week I'm back into it - worked out every morning. How are things with you?

Thanks for the sweet comment. Definitely a work in progress. Time to start the low sodium... eeeeek... but if you're right - that should really lend it's way to some good and healthy results. Good news is I made my April 30 goal a couple weeks early - woohoo!!!

OMG you have lost so much weight! You should be so proud of yourself and what you have accomplished so far. Just think - that's like a bowling ball that you no longer have to carry around - crazy isn't it! Keep up the GREAT work!
