I want to lose fat and build muscle. My goal weight for now is 145.
Goal (Long):
For the last ten years or so I have struggled with my weight. I want to finally do something about it once and for all. I just turned 30 a few months ago, and I would like to look back in life and be able to say that I was more fit in my 30's than I was in my 20's. This is perhaps my biggest goal. I want to eat healthy and clean, take vitamins on a regular basis, drink plenty of water, and as crazy as this may sound, actually brush my teeth twice a day and floss daily :-)
I didn't quite make my weight loss goal this week - but I still feel pretty good about how much I did lose. I'm going to try to amp things up in the gym this week. There will be about two separate one week periods where my son will be out of town - so that will allow me more flexibility to...
Right now my goal is to get at least 30 minutes of cardio, 5x a week, although I try to get in a lot more if I can. Since my main goal right now is to lose weight, my main focus is on cardio.
Abs - 2x a week
Upper Body - 1x a week
Lower Body - 1x a week
GIRL!!!! you are doing GREAT! you are only a few pounds above where I was when I started! I just joined WW and it's actually the best thing I ever did! Keep up the good work and BELIEVE and you WILL reach your goals!
