How I Started:
Well I have been on and off, but now I am a reservist in the Australian Defence Force, I want to maintain a high level of fitness and increase lean muscle mass.
Why I Love It:
Stress release, like the feeling of blood pumping around my body.
How I Stay Motivated:
Keep doing it. Having a daily routine that I am used to and can just do it with out refusing it in my mind.

hey sh3rmy , just wodering is it ok to mix my corn flakes in my asics runners. or would it be better to use my nike cross trainers ?
