for me its lifting weights overhead I put my back out once because I didnt have a spotter -_-

I never skip breakfast, I eat a lot of fruit, vegies, red meat, fish, complex carbs like sweet potato, brown rice, wholemeal pasta etc and like to incorporate foods that are high in fibre and iron. I ...more

What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
Listen to music, remind myself of what I am doing it for and how important it is for me to do my workout and reach my goals :P
