Used to do dancing when I was a lot younger then got pushed into Karate by my dad when I was 15 lol now I also do Muay Thai and started getting into kettlebell training and lifting weights :)
Why I Love It:
It makes me happy!!!! I like seeing the progress I make.
How I Stay Motivated:
by working out, if I don't go to muay thai or get lazy and don't do any exercise then I don't feel as good about myself :P also watching pride fc and surrounding myself with like minded people

I can't believe how awful I look! :p you don't know until you take such confronting photos. Well this is the start after all we have to start somewhere.
just one for ha ha's i haven't uploaded new pic in a while, I've lost a bit of weight but I think I still got a fair way to go if I am gonna do this right still soft around the middle LOL
lose fat keep it off and gain some serious practical useful muscle also improve fight fitness, technique and power
I also want to get my contortionists flexibility back!

What is the most dangerous weightlifting exercise? Why?
for me its lifting weights overhead I put my back out once because I didnt have a spotter -_-

What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
I never skip breakfast, I eat a lot of fruit, vegies, red meat, fish, complex carbs like sweet potato, brown rice, wholemeal pasta etc and like to incorporate foods that are high in fibre and iron. I try to avoid heavily refined processed foods. I like to drink a lot of milk, but instead of full fat I drink anlene lol. I drink a lot of water as well about 3 - 4 litres a day.
I like to vary my diet, I don't like eating nothing but tuna and steamed chicken all the time. I hate Chicken it sucks so I eat red meat and fish to get my protein, recently I have been eating more kangaroo meat its a lot leaner than beef and has more iron. Listen to music, remind myself of what I am doing it for and how important it is for me to do my workout and reach my goals :P
