When I Started:
How I Started: Used to do dancing when I was a lot younger then got pushed into Karate by my dad when I was 15 lol now I also do Muay Thai and started getting into kettlebell training and lifting weights :)
Why I Love It: It makes me happy!!!! I like seeing the progress I make.
How I Stay Motivated: by working out, if I don't go to muay thai or get lazy and don't do any exercise then I don't feel as good about myself :P also watching pride fc and surrounding myself with like minded people

I can't believe how awful I look! :p you don't know until you take such confronting photos. Well this is the start after all we have to start somewhere.  just one for ha ha's i haven't uploaded new pic in a while, I've lost a bit of weight but I think I still got a fair way to go if I am gonna do this right still soft around the middle LOL

What is the most dangerous weightlifting exercise? Why?
for me its lifting weights overhead I put my back out once because I didnt have a spotter -_-
