What is the most dangerous weightlifting exercise? Why?
for me its lifting weights overhead I put my back out once because I didnt have a spotter -_-

What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
I never skip breakfast, I eat a lot of fruit, vegies, red meat, fish, complex carbs like sweet potato, brown rice, wholemeal pasta etc and like to incorporate foods that are high in fibre and iron. I try to avoid heavily refined processed foods. I like to drink a lot of milk, but instead of full fat I drink anlene lol. I drink a lot of water as well about 3 - 4 litres a day.
I like to vary my diet, I don't like eating nothing but tuna and steamed chicken all the time. I hate Chicken it sucks so I eat red meat and fish to get my protein, recently I have been eating more kangaroo meat its a lot leaner than beef and has more iron. What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
Listen to music, remind myself of what I am doing it for and how important it is for me to do my workout and reach my goals :P

I love kettlebells. Unfortunately, our gym here only has one. It's only 20kg, and not nearly heavy enough for some of the exercises. They have a pretty good gym for us. It has stacks and stacks of weights, but it's hard to get people to leave the machines alone. I'm a free weight kind of guy; always have been. But it's good you have such dedication to your workouts. Gotta get back to work now. Take it easy! And remember...squat 'til you puke!
Don't let the haters get to you. There is a large segment of the population that still believes daily exercise is bad for you. And as you said, that lifting heavy (especially women) is detrimental. Stay focused on your goals and keep your motivation high. Once the haters see your dedication and how great you look with your new body, they'll either shut up or jump on the band wagon! Squat 'til you puke! Stay strong!
