Well i played football all my life and ran track, so i pretty much was thrown into it and love it.
Why I Love It:
Love seeing my body change into something that i do to it.
How I Stay Motivated:
by listening to my music and push myself to be the best on the field. Plus it wouldnt hurt to get another conference ring.

Well i been workout pretty hard this past weeks, my muscles have been putting up some serious workouts that i do for football. Other than my body hurting a little bit, im pretty good.

Solidly muscled and defined with the very good traps, chest, arms and abs. Nothing wrong with that thickly muscled back that solid lats couldn't fix. Andre
