Ive been doing gym for about 1 year but only 1 session a week which got me no where, ive only recently started studying it and excerising 4 times a week with proper supplements and nutrition.
Why I Love It:
It makes you feel so good and so confident.
When you know you can lift that extra 10 kg and its taken you 2 weeks to do it, you feel on top of the world.
How I Stay Motivated:
Girls and friends. Most of my friends lift and are really cutup so they motivate me. Also, nothing like showing your body to hot girls :D
BB Accomplishments:
pushed 70 on bench press when 2 month ago i was struggling 40
