How I Started:
it was something to do during a deployment so i was not bored. once i started lifting i loved the feeling so i kept it up.
Why I Love It:
i love the way my body looks when i am in shape and i love the rush you get when you are lifting.
How I Stay Motivated:
i stay motivated by having a good lifting partner that is just as motivated as i am if not more on the days that i feel sluggish
BB Accomplishments:
i max benched 275 when i weighed 160.

the last time i was deployed to iraq i was 29yrs old benching 275, and running a 12 min 2 mile i want to get to that level again and be able to maintain it.

well i took a short two week break from lifting while i was home from iraq.  i did do some cardio to maintain that aspect.  i did my first work out since being back from leave and it kicked my butt, but i do feel good after doing it.
