ALL WITH 1-4 MIN. OF REST BETWEEN SETS IF POSSIBLE
1. 3 sets of 1x10, 1x8, 1x6 reps of seated preacher close grip.
2. 3 sets of 1x10, 1x8, 1x6 reps of incline dumbell hammer curls
3. standing strait bar curs. start wide 10 reps move in shoulder width 10 reps, then inclose 10 reps then so forth down to 8, then 6.
4. 3 sets of 1x10, 1x8, 1x6 reps of standing single arm cable reverse curls.
5. 3 sets of 1x10, 1x8, 1x6 reps of standing single arm side hammer cable curls. ALL WITH 1-4 MIN. OF REST BETWEEN SETS IF POSSIBLE
