You want to get big? Then get good at the squat, bench, pull and deadlift. The rest is between you, God, and your dinner plate. -me
Only two defining forces have ever offered to die for you, Jesus Christ and the American Soldier.
One died for your freedom, the Other died for your soul. -unk

When I was young, I was small and skinny and weak. Then I went through puberty, and got big and fat...and weak. Then I lifted weights, and got big and strong and lean. Then I got hurt, and got big and fat...and weak.
Now I'm not so hurt, and I'm trying to get big and strong and lean again, like I was about 8 years ago. I guess that's my true goal. Just get back to my "best ever" condition, as represented by the 1-rep max approximations that the bb.com "calculator" calculated from my 5-8 rep max weights used back in 1998 before I got hurt. I suppose that is my real goal...to once again achieve what I have already achieved.
The pic is recent, as of March 2006. The max's are not. I want the pic to match up to the max's once again.
