thanks - that's exactly what i've done to get it out like that. seemed to work on me, and of course, going as heavy as i could! i cry for 2-3 days after each legs workout

my gunz are a little above 17 now - lost a bit of size due to cut! - but never got to 18"

Training is brutal and I love it! Just switched workouts again and I can tell this ones really gonna bring on some amazing results.... judging by the fact that I'm so sore right now I can hardly more! LOL How about you?
