What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
I'm currently eating 6-7 meals per day, eating every 2.5-3 hrs. My daily intake is averaging around 3500-4000 calories which roughly consists of 35% protein, 45% carbs, and 20% fat.
Due to some personal reasons I have decided to drop myself from the cellucor lineup. It was fun while it lasted and I would like to wish the cellucor team the best of luck in the future.

got a cold last week and took 2 days off. been going at night lately, been tired during the middle of the day lately. back to the regular schedule next week.
