How I Started:
This isnt my first time starting to work out, but it is the first time ive set up this type of routine. I recently started working at a gym close to home, and im going to be a freshman at college next year, so im just looking to be in decent shape when i go there, and beyond.
Why I Love It:
Honestly i feel much healthier and happy after i work out.
How I Stay Motivated:
I usually stay motivated by looking at the long run and how i want to be when i grow up. When that doesn't help i like to look at people who have accomplished my goal before me
