things are going well. i am doing alot more boxing and MMA aswell as my goju. yeh i have a good deadlift but i get a bad back if i do it too much so i am taking it steady on that front.

i have been training in the gym for about 2 and a half years and only properly for the past 1 and a half years. i have trained martial arts since i was 6 so it give me a head start, plus i seem to have pretty good genetics. how long you been trainig

i have primarily done goju ryu karate for 12 years, this is mostly based around self defense. i have also trained MMA for the last 2 or 3 years also muay thai. i have done a bit of grappling in mma but not much i am much more of a striker although i can pull a few ju jitsu moves

no im doing a heavy light split. im still training at the gym. i do also train at home though. having the weights there for when you feel like training is ace.

well you just have to keep at it. never finish until the job is done, then still there is always room to imrpove. to help you keep inspired watch "pumping iron" you can see alot of it on youtube. have you thought about trying any supplements that might help you along if you have felt you have hit a wall. oh an make sure you change your plan. if you have been doing it a long time a change is great
