How I Started:
i wanted to increase my strength to help improve my karate. i was also sick of being skitted for being tall and lanky
Why I Love It:
makes me feel above everybody who doesn't train. fitness is also a way of life for me, and it keeps me in top condition for martial arts and life in general
How I Stay Motivated:
after i have finished college i am planning to join either the air force or the royal marine commandos as an officer and i will need to be in good shape for both. i also need to feel that im on top of my game and the stronger i am the less likely i am to ever get a beat down on my ass
BB Accomplishments:
just recently i reached 14 stone 3lbs, just about 200lbs from when i started in the gym at around 160-170. i also recently achieved a dead lift of 160k and a bench of 110k (1 rep max)

its going good my friend im down about another 10lbs from last we talked, just been kind of down as of late trying hard to push through it and not let it slow down my progress. your looking cut man, you are totally an inspiration.
good, im worried about loose skin right now :( but im young so hopefully everything will be ok, im going to try and bulk some big time muscle in my abs and obliques so i can try and fill myself in better. i need to get into a jiu jitsu class again been tight on money and not wanting to dish it out but i really need to.
I ve been on it since senior year so that like 10 year but ive having problem with keep tracks and time and get sick alots cuz of the weather changes hopefully i can keep it up when i get older i hope i'm still fit when i reace my 40 cuz i'm almost 30 well you should keep doing wat you do man be the best of the best peace!
Ben, you've made exceptional progress man. You've really added some mass and cut up. Great chest and pec along with some killer abs. Adonis belt looks awesome too. Keep training hard man you've been kicking butt!!
if he can keep his composure shrek is way stronger, but if the roids get into his head and throw him off he will get a random sub on him from BJ, BJs quick and sneaky but i dont think he can put shrek away with our shrek's help. just wish he hadnt have been busted juciin it always takes something away for me.
