Regain my strength, loose extra fat, inrease cardio.
Goal (Long):
I stopped training for pretty much no reason at all, then got married and moved into a new house, then had a baby! All withina year so pretty busy to say the least. Lost a lot of my muscle, and gained a lot of fat... I want to be back where I was before stopping and more.
Decided not to go for a run today as my ankles are a bit sore from the hammering they have taken but determined to do something, and without the cash to get to the gym or any weights at home, I hit the floor =)
Really disappointed in what I managed as last time I did sit ups and press ups...
