Regain my strength, size and stamina. Possibility of a new job that needs lots of fitness. Run 2.5k in less than 12 minutes
Goal (Long):
I stopped training for pretty much no reason at all, then got married and moved into a new house. So was really busy - thus gaining a lot of un-needed fat and loosing my muscle that I had worked so hard for.
I want to get back to where I was but with much more fitness and stamina.
Decided not to go for a run today as my ankles are a bit sore from the hammering they have taken but determined to do something, and without the cash to get to the gym or any weights at home, I hit the floor =)
Really disappointed in what I managed as last time I did sit ups and press ups...
