Currently do muscle circuts 3 times a week, and cardio the other 2 times. My muscle gains are average, but I am having a hard time running. thursday I ran 25 minutes non stop. my ultimate goal is to be able to run 4 miles in 30 minutes. It is tough with two injured legs!
