Avoided dying from a heart attack in 2008. Added muscle mass and have taken a better shape. Goal is drop bodyfat so there is a lot more muscle definition by the end of September 2009.(Orlando Trip). I will be 210 lbs with some cuts by 9/26/2009

Thanks man! I have been giving it my best. I still think I can do better on my diet, but its pretty good. I got laid off a few weeks ago so the upside of that is finding time to workout has been real easy the last few weeks!
I read your blog about the weight lifting headache. I'm glad to hear you were able to get some research on the topic. I was watching a video with Ray Mentzner, Mr Universe 1978. He said the blood system is like a closed hydrolic system that can over exert. I hadn't heard that theory before and found it interesting.
