I've always played sports, soccer, tennis, golf, but I never thought that I would strat lifting it seemed a little out of my league. Then I started looking at magazines like "Oxygen" and "Muscle Fitness" and the more I read the more I wanted to try to have the disciple to make my body look as good as those professional women
Why I Love It:
I feel wonderful after a long run and a workout, it really helps me cope with the stress of going to school full time and working
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing results always makes me want to do more, and seeing other women with awesome physiques makes me want to try harder
BB Accomplishments:
none... :) maybe one day i'll say something crazy like i can bench 350
so i'm pretty sure it took me 4 months to realize that eating clean was going to really make a huge difference in my training. in only 2 weeks of really being consistent on healthy eating practices i lost .5 inches on my waist and i swear i look 10 x's bigger as far as muscle definition! ...
LOL, no I'm from the CORN. My uncle moved to CA when he was young and started a family out there. So, that's how part of my family resides in the DIRT. Gav is actually living in Santa Barbara now, : )
