I mix it up like crazy... I never, never do the same thing twice... But if I had to select on exercise I love the most it would be preacher curls... I like to superset preachers with hammer curls...
Workout: 4x8-12 followed immediatley with 4x8-10 with hammers... If you do this right, your bi's will get all the workout they need for growth and power... I mix it up like crazy... What tricep workout has worked best for you?
lying tricepts extenstions supersetted with bench dips... It's an awesome burn brothers...

What calf workout has worked best for you?
I'll attack any calf machine a gym has 2-3 times a week... Do 2-3 exercises 3-4 sets per exercise to failure... My calves need work and I've only recently focused on them like I should...
As for the help thank you mate, i hope you dont mind me adding you to my friends list. I find encouragment from mates is very important along with the hard work that one puts into forming them body to their maximum results such as you have attained, thank you much.
