How I Started:
I started exercising at the beginning of 2000 as I found it helped to relieve some life strains I was experiencing. Since then it has stuck and I have been a consistent exerciser. Now I think I am ready to try to take this to another level and train for competition.
Why I Love It:
It helps to blend the mind, body and spirit.

I keep thinking that maybe someday I will be the girl that all the guys stop to stare at when I enter a room.

Goal (Long):
Would like to try one competition before my 40th birthday!! (or as close to 40 as I can..lol. Other goals are to have great endurance, be fuel efficient, good muscle tone and lean.

You can have the best angle but if you don't have abs like that, it wouldn't help a thing at all. ;) Good to see that you are back cranking it up in the gym. I need an abs shot that said "For Evo" on it. :p

I was in the middle of my lifting workout when in walks this babe. It takes me a second to catch my breath and realize that it's my 2 year old climbing into bed with me. Time to wake up and live the dream! I left the in walks the smoking hot babe part to you!

I understand the lack of motivation because I do feel it too sometimes. But you got to get your butt into the gym and kick some ass. I want to see new progress pics from you so don't let me down! the thing you really need to focus on is not ur weight as much as what u look like in the mirror.....thro out the scale for a few weeks..focus on ur eating and training...alot of ppl think when u lose weight its always fat..so not true...if u just do cardio and no weights and lose 10lbs...90% of it is going to be muscle....Just look in the mirror, if u keep lookin better who cares what u weigh
