I want to be in better shape so nothing holds me back from trying things and living how I want to.
Goal (Long):
I grew up a fat kid and have faught that mental stigma my whole life. My goal is to drop BFP to 9% or so and have the athletic fitness to "live" not just be alive. The short term goal is to drop the additional BF and weight by March 2007, then build active muscle, without the fat covering, after that.
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 12 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
9%

Well, crud! It's back to the drawing board. As I always say, life happens. Lately, it's been happening all at the same time. So many things have been going on in the last 3 months that my fitness has REAAAALLLYYY been lacking and I have been doing well just to get more than 5 hours sleep on...
My program is variable based around a few constants. I like to keep it changing so that I don't get bored or overtrain by repeating exercises week after week. I will start with the broad overview then work down to specifics. My program is constantly being refined according to knowing myself...
