When I Started:
Mar, 2009
How I Started:
I have always been more of a "seasonal" which basically means I always started and and never finished with my fitness goals. I am now pursuing a career as a firefighter and am 100% motivated to get into the best shape of my life to be the best I can.
Why I Love It:
It has become addictive and the rewards are numerous and continous.
How I Stay Motivated:
I have always had the type of personality in which I transfer any negative thought, feeling, or comment into an action to change. Everyone has to have something to work toward to stay motivated. You also have to be a lifelong student and constantly be searching out as much information as you can to aid in your bodybuilding. That's exactly what I'm doing.
