I bought my first body building magazine in 2002. I was hooked from then on. In May of 2005, I bought Anthony Ellis's program "Gaining Mass". Using the diet and exercise techniques outlined in the program, I went from a 115 pound weakling to a 140 pound monster.... well not really, but I did get bigger. I then managed to get up to roughly 165 pounds before cutting down for a contest. Stats:
It gives me a great outlet for all of the frustration and rage that comes from living everyday life. Unlike singing, dancing, or playing sports, people can tell just by looking at you that you work out. Being strong helps in a lot of areas outside of bodybuilding and powerlifting too.
How I Stay Motivated:
I set goals for myself and don't stop until I meet them. It also helps to have a workout partner who is interested in the same goals as you are.
BB Accomplishments:
3rd place in teen men at the Mid-Illinois Championship.
I'd like to get to a semi-lean 180 by the end of the summer. Then, I ain't stopping until I'm a lean 220. As far as strength, I want to be able to bench 300+, squat 400+, and deadlift 500+ by the time graduate high school.
Day 1: CHEST/TRIS/SHOULDERS
Bench: Set of 8,6,4,2 (increasing weight)
DB Military Press: 3x8
Skullcrushers: 12,10,8,6 w/ burnout. (constant weight)
Incline Dumbbell Press: 10,8,6 (increasing weight)
Single Arm Cable Tris: 5x10-15 (optional superset with dumbbell curls)

youre cool man, you should go for bodybuilder of the week you can win supplements,right now i am making the decision of seated cable pulls or oen arm dumbell rows for thickness, if you hadto pick one man...which one?
