I started working out when I was 18. I did it for about 10 years. Then I went to school and just could not find time to do it any more. Until 2007 I started back again and I have lost 35 pounds and never felt better in my life.
Why I Love It:
It brings Joy to my life. I love it I go at least 4 to sometimes 5 day a week. It is a great way to relive stress from the day to day activities. I also enjoy meeting people and getting tips from other Fitness Pro's in the profession
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated By going to Events such as the Arnold and talking to other BB in the circuit and networking with them. There are some truly great people out there all you have to do is just ask and they will be willing to help you.
I've been good. Just went on a bender this past Saturday night and enjoyed way too many jello shooters lol but it was a really good time.. It's been a very long time since I've done that and it was really needed lol How are you.. good as always I expect ;-)
