How I Started:
I had gained alot of weight after college and my health was going down hill fast. I had to have Gastric Bypass in December 2007.
I began my weight training a couple of months later and now I love it.
Why I Love It:
Seeing the transformation from fat to fit. I was so tired of being tired and overweight.
Going from a 4XL shirt to a Large and some mediums is an awsome feeling along with loosing 16 to 18 inches in my waist. I'm now a 36 waist from a 56 when I was big.
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking at the progress in the mirror. I also have pictures of me when I had a weight of 400lbs, so now at 220lbs and still loosing while gaining muscle, its such a rush!
Its amaxing how much money you save on clothes when you dont have to buy the "Big Boy" sizes anymore.
BB Accomplishments:
No huge accomplishments, just seeing my lift weight increase every few weeks and pushing myself to lift even more is how I measure my success.

To gain muscle mass while toning and sculpting my body.
Goal (Long):
I want to continue to manage my weight and body mass by good diet, exercise and weight training. My goal is to become as toned as possible while maintaining a healthy weight between 190lbs and 215lbs depending on muscle mass gain. Basically I want to look the very best I can!
