I've grew up playing sporting and was forced to hit the gym in order to play softball in college. Since then its been my stress reliever.
Why I Love It:
There nothing better than feeling confident about yourself and being able to wear anything you want. Ontop of that I'm very competitive and goal oriented. I love to see how far I can push myself both mentally and physically.
How I Stay Motivated:
It's like a drug, I'm ADDICTED. Plus the idea of being fat is my worst nightmare.

Running on a treadmill at an incline of 4.0 or walking with 5 lb. dumbbells at the highest incline.

What is the one tip you would give somebody who is just getting started?
Make reasonable goals for yourself and write them down so you see them everyday and stick to them. whats up. just stopping by to see how things are going. im doing really good im in that motivational zone...im down about 18 pounds now..still got a ways to go but i can see the light...lol
