Goal (Short): More flexibilty and More Muscle
Goal (Long): I am 39 and have re-entered the US Army My body has gotten worse since I got out in 2001. I need to add Muscle, become quicker and way more flexible. I have started a supplement regimen with BIOGENETIX and thus far it truly WORKS so now that I have found something that works I am working very hard to achieve my goals before I ship out which is 4-8 weeks from now.
Weight Goal: I want to LOSE 20 lb
Bodyfat Goal: 7.5%
