I injured my shoulders and got to stop practicing anysport for like 7 months, so i got fat, and i decided i didn't like myself anymore.
So this january i subscribed to a gyme and started lifting.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feeel good about myself, and i love the strenght it gives me.

I lost 10 pounds of fat in 7 weeks, i'm bulking now, trying to achieve 185 pounds in 2 months.

realxed, one moth after my bulking stage, i got some more definition and 5 pounds more of meat :)
Achieve 185 lbs of lean muscle. With 9%bf.
Before july.
And then keep building more muscles staying ripped all the time, i know it's slower, but i prefer to build my body safely ;)
i am not an exchange student. it's a study abroad program in italy at an american univeresity. i am a juniror in college right now. where are you planning to study in the states? good luck with your workout/ training
nice progress in three months. keep up the great work. anyways, where are in italy? i am in rome, but will be heading back to the states next month after this semester.
Nice job toning the abs and losing the love handles, those are truly what helped your v-shape.
