How I Started:
I injured my shoulders and got to stop practicing anysport for like 7 months, so i got fat, and i decided i didn't like myself anymore. So this january i subscribed to a gyme and started lifting.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feeel good about myself, and i love the strenght it gives me.

I lost 10 pounds of fat in 7 weeks, i'm bulking now, trying to achieve 185 pounds in 2 months.
