How I Started: I got started seriously 3 months ago. Before that I would run around the neighborhood or us my free weights. But I felt like if I wanted real results I would need a gym membership.
Why I Love It: I love seeing the results after a work out session.
How I Stay Motivated: I want to be in good shape for the rest of my life. I don't ever want to be soft and slow. I feel better about myself and I have more energy.

I only use it to wake me up in the morning these days, and I do so much to help fat burning, that I am not sure if it is doing anything. I think once the bottle runs out I will stop using it, but then again, I think I have run out of fat to burn. Many people on here will tell you there are better fat burners at a better price. I had already bought it, so I never did all the necessary research. Try the forums. Good Luck.
