How I Started:
I got started a long time ago but never got really into it, but now I am into six day's two hours a day, and love it!!
Why I Love It:
It has helped me all all my job and it has open so many door for me and my future.. It now made me realize whats important in life, and it all about being happy and feeling good about your self and who you are, plus I love the life it has given to me, and a second chance at living.
How I Stay Motivated:
I just get up every morning and do it, I love the way it makes me feel..
BB Accomplishments:
I have put on 63lbs of muscle in 16 month's and I love the way I feel I want to just put on 20 more and be able to sit at about 220lbs. I sat at 140lbs for about 17 years and was very active and i made a program that works for me and now I am going farther to put more on and live up to my nickname.

I would love to put on 20 more pound's of muscle befor my first contest, I have a very high met. and that makes it hard eveny at my age, I would like to compete just once to say that i did it nad to sasy it tryed it I have a lot of freinds that have done it, and I know that i can do it, it just a matter of when I can.
yea, I've taken on babysitting two kids every day. I have no me time anymore! Training is going well, I'm fed up with my competition diet, but I only have 7 weeks left and I feel like I'm getting no were! grr. how about you?

Wow, Scott, what you have done is incredible. I dont know anyone who can put on 63 lbs of fat in 16 months, which is not as difficult as gaining that much muscle. Did you keep a log of your progress? Your progress photos show the visual transformation but your diet and workout program must have been crazy. Great job.
