I am proud to be a member of Dave Vignasse's(Brett123)Elite 12, taking it to the NEXT LEVEL!!!
I've always been into working out but never really took it seriously or watched what I ate... I noticed when I turned 30 it wasn't as easy to stay fit. I was also taking care of my mom who had breast cancer. It was a very hard time in my life and I didn't make the healthiest choices. I chose the "feel good now" things such as alcohol, sweets, and just junk!! Before I knew it I gained 10 pounds. 3 months ago I decided to make a commitment to myself and my family to get in the best shape of my life!!
Why I Love It:
I love the way it makes me feel!! I love the sence of accomplishment and watching my body transform.

I'm well. I'm gearing up for an 8 week program to reach my personal goal of getting under 200 lbs and 10% bodyfat by June 1st. No sugar or bread for the duration. Carbs will be coming from fruit and veggies only.
