Holidayed for a week ate a bit much but used gym, gained .5kg yikes!

Background
I have gone to gyms on and off for a long time. I got to a point in my life years ago where I had put on 15kg and felt yuk and lazy. I found Body for Life book and that inspired me. Over the next year I lost all the weight and more and gained lots of muscle, I was super fit. I stayed like that for 3 yrs and then moved overseas and lost my routine. Now I am back to square one (I have gone up and down and up again in weight since then)and I want to achieve my fitness and weight goals again.
I love feeling fit and strong, having lots of energy and feeling in control of myself. I am also a keen surfer so being overweight sucks big time!
