Soooo my buddy Paul came out and set me up with some box squats yesterday.  Holy Sh^t they destroyed me.  I seriously couldn't get out of bed unassisted this morning.  LOL 

I'm gonna keep hittin em all summer and see what they'll do to me ;_

Hey man Add me to your friends list man, your physique rocks ! I just added new progress pics and thread .pics are after 1 month of moderate training with 80% success with diet and routines my posture is off because my legs are rehabbing. Posture will come in time No supplements yet .looking for help on that I know that outside opinion will help me see both what is good about my physique and what isnt specifics advice critique all welcome Thanks Marc

lol..deployments and alcohol got in your way? i try to not let the deployment put me down, shit is rough..i guess its a good thing i have no alcohol out here..cause it would be a whole different story!
