I grew up in Ada but have been out of Oklahoma for about well a very long time. lol Anyway recently moved back to Tulsa and was hoping to find a serious hard core gym. Right now i'm at Golds on Memorial which is fine has plenty of good equipment but if you have much muscle you feel out of place there. Any suggestions?

Hi - sorry to bother you but I also broke my L2 on Dec 27th last - I was wondering how you are getting on and if you have any advice etc?

Hope your backs doing better! I broke my L4 in 3 peices playing football. It's a rough injury. How'd it happen?
