Training is going very well ,,,, Cardio cardio cardio ,,, still training heavy even though I am shrinking ,,, lol ,,, Hope to have new photos up after we get moved into our new place

I am back hard at it ,, been at it for 3 weeks now in preperation for Pittsburgh Masters show in July ,, when you going to head this way? Paul is working long hours but loves it and we love it here,,, this is HOME!

Hi Boyd keep working hard ,,, I am going to do the Masters Nationals in Pittsburgh in July ,,, start contest prep March 6th and show is 7/17 - 18 .. then do Team Universe show in NY in September ,,, I packed on some pounds in order to be a little bigger I am at 158 right now ,,, Will have starting pics up next week

Way to go... Congrats,,, you were right I stepped back on stage and this time was ready,,, I won the Masters B class and took 4th overall in points ,,, Going to take time off now and put on some muscle and size before hitting a National Show early 2nd quarter of 09... go get em and eating the Dexter BBQ didn't hurt lol

Ty and I WON MY CLASS IN THE MASTERS! I can now compete for my pro card! I have some muscle to gain and I will .. I had a pro photo shoot today and will make sure you get plenty of autographed one's. Ty for being my friend and fan!

I really never took any. I hope to have the photos from the contest soon. It was a very big learning experience. I was in shape but made some big mistakes in round 1 Paul had to get to the backstage curtains and yell at me to get lined up which threw me off. I am competing at the Arkansas State Championships August 16th and am very prepared and know what to expect
