I have always incorporated some kind of workout routine since high school.
Why I Love It:
I love the way my body response to working out. I love working out because it makes me have time for myself that is positive and healthy. I feel strong and beautiful. I love getting compliments on my progress on the transformation of my body when I get really into working out. I am worth it.
How I Stay Motivated:
