Mine is going well...sort of got in trouble with my figure coach for doing too much cardio- my bf % dropped to about 10%....quite a bit in a week and a half and way too low for being 4 months out. other than that....exceptional! Yeahhhh post some progress pics! I'll comment :)

haha it was incredibly difficult! We were learning about carbs in class today and sugar...sort of interesting to learn what it does to the body. yeah, figure comp stuff will be hard, but hey- all worth it in the end right? :)

Well, I can't thank you enough for everything you've said and done! I've been training for just over 18 months now. I have a youtube channel chronicalling my progression plus some tips under pixiedust3727. I started with 'breakup, makeover' - I turned to lifting after my ex dumped me, and I got abs in 6 weeks -- I put that up to help other people, and it took on a life of its own, lol, who knew?! I hope you have a great weekend too. May I ask what your tattoo says?

i can't do public water! hot tubs=gross. so many nasty yucky things happen in them bleck. i've been moving all day.. yeah.. who needs a gym? beds and couches and is like a full body work out. even my fingers hurt.. ;[
