How I Started: I'm back to working out after my accident back in Sept of '07 and determined to compete before the end of this year...
Why I Love It: I love the human physique and of course mine indefinitely and I believe you show that through Bodybuilding. It keeps me looking GREAT, motivated, active, and I feel wonderful!! Bodybuilding gives you that edge and helps you realize who you truly are...
How I Stay Motivated: Staying motiviated can be at times hard but I keep positive people around me and always try to have a positive attitude no matter what.
