My legs were always thick&big,I hated my legs since I was young age,wanted my legs to be slender,and used to hide my legs to wear long skirt or pants.Then I saw one of Fitness mag.at a book store,there was a female model who was very fit,and she had musclular legs but I thought her legs were so gorgeous&sexy.That day I bought that mag.along with a few more fitness/bodybuildinng mag.and went to one of local gym&signed up.Next thing you know,I was working out like a crazy and started to educate myself for nutrition,how to work out etc.etc....I was fit fanatic til my son was born.Due to my son's heart surgery and his health,I was away from gym,but since my son is now very healthy kid,
I started to concern&focus on my health and my figure,we are not gonna be 20's forever,right?lol)I am 40's and I would love to be lookinng good&healthy.I dont have to be look like 20's,I just want to look good in my age&healthy.
Why I Love It:
My most hated body parts"LEGS"are no longer my hated body parts because of I got more muscle.Workinng out makes me feel good inside&out and build confident as well.
How I Stay Motivated:
I would love to keep motivate myself,thats part of reason I singed up here so that I can talk,meet people out there who has the same goals or makes me encourage,inspire etc...
Also I read a lots of Fitness/Bodybuilding mag.Helth book and place them arounnd my area where I normally relax,or dinnig area,so that I can see those fit body's pic.are come in my eyes,that makes me&reminds me that I got to work out also!

Goal (Long):
Stay active,work out good,eat well,sleep good!Simple things that sometimes make people do harder.I want my ab,right now I shold call it"fat belly"to be tighten and I need more defenition of my legs.
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 10 lb
