Background
During my pregnancy I gained 25 lbs (not bad) I couldn't get off the last 10. So, I joyed a gym back in my country (Argentina) I was serious about but I didn't know a lot about training and cardio. I began 2-3 times a week eating whatever I wanted (my diet was not that bad, at least Argentinian food is better than American). In USA, I gained a 10 pounds (eating the American diet) so I began my search for a good diet. I found "the Zone". I liked I followed for 6 years. It was good but it didn't give the results that I wanted. At the time, I also began to take my training more seriously (weights and cardio every day) Last year, I found bodybuilding.com, read a lot about training, diets and cardio. I bought a couples of books and my diet improved. Then I hired Kim Oddo and I was challenging myself a lot more. I discovered what I was doing wrong (measure protein before cooking, not enough cardio for my type of body).
I did like it. Now it is a pain in the a$$. But I am focus to get the results that I want, so I train.
