Why I Love It:
It's a great stress reliever and a great detox after a night of partying. Also, I have met some of the greatest party animals (like me) at my gym who are always willing to share helpful advice. I feel great after a workout knowing that I have burned off some calories and recharge for the weekend long rush ;)
How I Stay Motivated:
My trainer Jackson, Friends, and Family. My Job requires I maintain a current weight so I can't go overboard partying or eating junk foods.

Why? What are the pros and cons of working out there?
Pros - lots of equipment and guys who offer help and advice, the showers have hot water instantly!
Cons - sometimes it is crowded and there is always some creep following me

I don't mind. When I'm not with my trainer, I have an iPod plugged in
