I took the overall title at our WPF Provincials over the weekend. Pics are up. You can have a look and let me know what you think. I weighed in rock hard at 224.4lbs.
I am back from IFBB SA’s. I got a controversial 3rd place. I don’t want to go in to the whole issue. The decision has been made and nothing can change it. No need for me to rumble on about the issue. I have uploaded photos and the top 3 comparisons under my progress pics. I also uploaded my posing routine under the video clips. I say the truth lies in the pictures. Hi Jessica! My first show went great. I won the Heavyweight line-up and qualified to go to the IFBB South African Champs. I decided not to peak at this show or to come in so hard and so I sacrificed the Overall Title. I want to peak at SA's and take the Overall Title there. Current weight - 241.34lbs. Competition pics are up. Check them out and let me know what you think. Fun and games will start know. I will be dropping another 8.8 to 11lbs %1.5% bodyfat.
